				<DIV ALIGN=LEFT>As a Systems Engineer for the United States (US) Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEOSTRI) and in support of the United States war-fighter, day-to-day activities included: interfacing with the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Program Integration Office, (TPIO-L) and the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) in an effort to design, develop and test the US Army's One Tactical Engagement Simulation System (OneTESS); it's first Non-Line-Of-Site (NLOS) and Beyond-Line-Of-Site (BLOS) Tactical Engagement Simulation System. OneTESS will ultimately be the system that succeeds MILES, MAIS and OT-TESS.<br><br>In part, responsible for the multifaceted technical development and technical program management of OneTESS. This was accomplished by leading four working group level Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).<br><ul><li> Served as acting lead engineer<br></li></ul><ul><li> Insured horizontal integration with PM-TRADE hardware and software product lines; yielding a cost effective path to future Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training exercises.<br></li></ul><ul><li> Via a Department of Defense (DoD) Modeling and Simulation Coordination Office (MSCO) Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), I managed the OneTESS Live Terrain Format (LTF) integration and consolidation into OneSAF; yielding a fair fight, common terrain database for all Live, Virtual and Constructive entities.<br></li></ul><ul><li> Work with the Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) Cost Account Manager's (CAMs) to ensure working group level activities remained in budget and scope<br></li></ul><ul><li> Work with Program Management Office (PMO) to execute sound systems engineering technical management processess<br></li></ul><ul><li> Demonstrated exemplary technical expertise in communicating and managing technical criterion for developing, integrating and documenting cutting edge fully integrated and interoperable software product line components; yielding cost and schedule effective fair-fight training capabilities<br></li></ul><ul><li> Responsible for the execution of the Information Assurance, Security Engineering and the Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).<br></li></ul><ul><li> Successfully managed the execution of Department of the Army Information Assurance guidance (AR 25-2, DoDI 8500.1 and DoDI 8500.2)<br></li></ul><ul><li> Recognized as one of the premier Information Assurance Security Officers (IASO) in PM TRADE<br></li></ul><br></DIV>

The 31st IEEE International Conference, June 2004, 325.<br>In its simplest design, the MET uses a directly driven resonant cavity empty of anything except gaseous propellant and the microwave fields that heat it. It is a robust, simple, inexpensive thruster with high efficiency, and has been scaled successfully to operate at 100 W, 1 kW, and 50 kW using 7.5, 2.45 and 0.915 GHz microwaves respectively.</DIV>
